Join Dr. Alysha Mackenzie-Feder for a morning of gentle movement and meditation followed by time for community gathering and connection. Smoothies and snacks generously provided by Goods Health and Wellness.
This event is free of charge, welcoming you to the “A Deeper Well” community, and will be held on a beautiful covered outdoor patio space at a private residence on Knox Mountain. Address to be provided on sign up.
